Chennai - Police initiates investigation after man's slippers go missing
Home > Tamil Nadu newsIn a bizarre incident in Chennai, a man filed a complaint that his slippers were missing at the police station. The police too have initiated an investigation to find the missing slippers.
Reportedly, Rajesh Gupta owns a two-wheeler spare parts shop in Parry Corner. Gupta suffers from diabetes and hence has to make frequent visits to the hospital. However, recently when he went to a clinic and came back out, his slippers worth Rs 800 was found missing.
Since the slippers were new and expensive, Gupta approached the Tondiarpet police station and filed a complaint. Reportedly, the police complied with Gupta and have initiated an investigation to find the missing slippers.
