Video: Car Goes Up In Flames Near Alandur Station In Chennai
Home > News Shots > Tamil Nadu newsIn a shocking case, a car went up in flames on the 100 feet road towards the airport near Alandur on Thursday night.
This sudden fire caused a huge traffic jam that made people wait on the main road for hours. Also, according to eyewitness, this burning car was not attended for at least 30 minutes until police or fire officials arrived.
According to The New Indian Express report, the vehicle went up in flames at around 8:30 pm and two people who were inside the vehicle escaped unhurt.
As per a commuter who was passing by that area said, when police arrived "they tried to keep nearby vehicle away as they feared the burning car may explode any time."
A case has been registered in this matter and further investigations are on.
