Home > News Shots > Tamil Nadu newsAccording to the latest reports, 6 LeT terrorists have sneaked into Tamil Nadu through Srilanka and the information had been confirmed by India's Intelligence Bureau on August 22 (Thursday).
While one of the 6 terrorists belongs to Pakistan, the rest 5 are said to be from Srilanka. One of the TimesNow reports state that Pakistan has its head behind the infiltration of terrorists into Tamil Nadu while Srilanka lending its support. .
The state of Tamil Nadu has been kept on high alert with plenty of security personnel and patrols taking charge across the cities. The Chennai and Coimbatore commissioners have confirmed the terrorist alert, further deploying around 1500 police officers for complete protection.
On the other side, Pakistan has faced severe criticisms at the United Nations meeting by US, UK and Canada for discriminating the minorities on the basis of religious affiliation. Reportedly, Pakistan's discrimination against Ahmadiyas and Christians have been questioned by the United Nations. As per TimesNow report, Pakistan is likely to face heavy downfall on the grounds of terrorist identity across the World. Airport, railway stations, temples are under the control of security forces.
