Home > News Shots > Tamil Nadu newsWith the rise of coronavirus cases in Tamil Nadu, the Chennai Corporation have advised people on social media that whoever visited the Lifestyle showroom in Phoenix Market City mall in Velachery, Chennai between March 10 and March 17 need to remain cautious. Those concerned people should also seek immediate medical care if they develop any kind of symptoms of COVID-19.
This announcement got viral on social media after three workers of Lifestyle store in Phoenix mall tested positive for the virus. All the workers of the store are now under home quarantine.
The Chennai corporation further advised that those who visited the outlet between March 10 to 17 and all the employees working there need to be extra cautions. They have also asked people to share this news as much as possible.
Earlier in the week, the Greater Chennai Corporation had also made an urgent announcement asking all those who visited a visa application centre in Kodambakkam on March 15 to immediately isolate themselves; after a person who tested positive for COVID-19 revealed that he had visited the visa application centre.
Highlighting about the state COVID-19 rise, Tamil Nadu has 309 positive cases of coronavirus including six recoveries and one death. Check out the information tweet below:
