1-Year-Old Chennai Boy lost his Life because of Mobile Phone

The couple Abhudhagir- Mumtaj had two sons and was living in 7th Street, NN Garden, Old Wahermenpet, Chennai. Mumtaj used to feed her 1-year-old (1 and a half precisely) younger son Irfan at her house balcony. On Saturday while she was feeding her son, her mobile phone received a call from somebody. In an attempt to attend the call, Mumtaj lost the balance of her son.
It was only after a while that she realized that her son had been dropped down from the balcony. She was alerted by the sound of her kid screaming and rushed down. Later, the kid was declared dead at the Stanley Hospital.
Reportedly it is the 4th incident in the last two years in Chennai related to Kids falling from Apartment buildings. People are highly advised to avoid handling of electronic gadgets such as Mobile Phones while kids are with them, especially in high altitude places.
