Sunil Gavaskar has suggested that Natarajan should return to the Indian cricket team.

Natarajan, a Tamil Nadu cricketer, plays for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL. Natarajan withdrew from the IPL series halfway through last year due to injury. Since then, he has been training hard and preparing himself for the current IPL series.

Natarajan, who has played in 7 matches so far, has taken 15 wickets. He is thus second in the list of bowlers who have taken the most wickets. Natarajan, who bowled 3 overs in the recent match against Bangalore, took 3 wickets for just 10 runs.

In this context, after the conclusion of the IPL series, the T20 World Cup is scheduled to take place in Australia next October. It is said that Natarajan has a chance to get a place in the Indian team for the World Cup as he is currently playing well.
