“Can’t bat with you, you run too fast” - Maxwell teases Virat Kohli over his run-out against CSK!

A video of Maxwell jokingly saying he will not bat with Virat Kohli has hit the internet.

Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore clashed in the 49th league match of the IPL yesterday. Bangalore batted first and scored 173 runs. Following this, the CSK team played with a winning target of 174 runs. But at the end of 20 overs he lost 8 wickets and scored only 160 runs. So Bangalore won by 13 runs.

In the first innings of the match, Bangalore were 62 for the first wicket when Captain Du Plessis was dismissed for 38. Maxwell then tried unnecessarily for a run and was run-out. In the over thrown by Jadeja, Virat Kohli hit the ball in the short cover and tried to run. But by then Robin Uthappa had thrown the ball to wicketkeeper Dhoni. So Maxwell was dismissed via run-out for 3.

At this stage, the Bangalore team celebrated their victory over CSK in the dressing room. Then, when Virat Kohli greeted Maxwell in the dressing room, he teased him as the 'Most Injured Player'.

“I’m sorry, but I’m not able to bat with you. You’re going too fast, you’re going too fast. I don’t get ones and twos like you do," said Maxwell.
