The 22nd league match of the IPL series was played yesterday (12.04.2022) at the Mumbai ground. Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore clashed in this match. Bangalore captain Du Plessis won the toss and elected to field. Accordingly, Chennai team batted first.

Shivam Dube - Uthappa Combo

Ruturaj and Robin Uthappa were the opening batsmen. Ruturaj was bowled out for 17 yesterday. Moeen Ali, who came next, was also out for a short run. He was the fifth batsman to score 34 off 18 balls. This includes 5 fours and a six. Theekshana threw the ball and came out. Prabhudessai drew the attention of fans and commentators as he played aggressively against the bowlers who played in international matches in the first match. It is noteworthy that the match was hectic as long as he was on the field. He is expected to become a key player for the RCB team in the coming matches.
