Post which, the second match between the two teams started yesterday at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

India won the toss and elected to bat and managed to score 252 runs. Shreyas Iyer had scored 92 runs. Sri Lanka were 86 for 6 at stumps on the first day.
With a total of 16 wickets taken on the first day of the Test, many fans are commenting that this will be over in 3 or 4 days, just like the first Test.
Kohli's century
Meanwhile, the fans were a bit disappointed as Virat Kohli got out with just 23 runs in the second Test. He has not hit a century for almost two and a half years and this time audiences were expecting him to score a century in his 100th Test. However, he was got out when he scored 45 runs in the Mohali Test and subsequently, got dismissed for 23 in the first innings of the current Test.
