Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad clashed in the league match of the IPL series yesterday. Batting first, CSK scored 202 for 2 in 20 overs. Ruturaj Gaikwad top-scored with 99 and Daven Conway with 85.
Batting next, Hyderabad scored only 189 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. So the CSK team won by 13 runs. Mukesh Choudhary took 4 wickets for Chennai while Mitchell Santner and Dwaine Pretorius took 1 wicket each.
CSK fast bowler Mukesh Choudhary said what captain Dhoni said before the last over of the match. In it, ‘Dhoni told me to bowl normally. But still I tried a few different balls. At the time, Dhoni said, "Normal bowling is not enough, just throw no ball."
The last over of the match was bowled by Mukesh Choudhary, who gave the opposite team six fours. He still bowled the fourth ball of the over. Angered by this, Dhoni scolded Mukesh Choudhary. Only 24 runs were scored in that over, including 3 sixes and 1 four.
