The Chennai Super Kings played against the Punjab Kings at the Mumbai Stadium yesterday. Batting first, Punjab scored 180 for 8 in 20 overs. Livingston top-scored with 60 for the team.

During this time the pair of Dhoni and Sivam Dubey alliance showed a sober game. Sivam Dubey was bowled out for 57 by Livingston. Following this, all-rounder Bravo was out on the first ball he faced. He was followed by Dhoni for 23 and CSK lost all their wickets for 126 runs at the end of 18 overs.

Former India captain Irfan Pathan has given key advice to the CSK team in this regard. In it, ‘You thought you missed a player (Deepak Sahar) and lost 3 matches. There is a need to prepare the CSK team, ”Irfan Pathan posted on his Twitter page.

CSK fast bowler Deepak Sahar has been ruled out with a hamstring injury. He is currently involved in web training and is expected to join the team later this month. Deepak Sahar was instrumental in the CSK team's victory by capturing key wickets in the Power Play overs. His absence is seen as a major setback for the Chennai team.
