IPL 2022: Dinesh Karthik's epic reply to fans' 'Drove 1000 KM for you RCB' poster goes viral!

Dinesh Karthik's response to a fan's poster during the Delhi - Bangalore match is currently the talk of town amongst the cricket circles.

The IPL series, which started on March 26, is going on in full swing. Due to Corona restrictions, the current IPL matches are being played in only 4 venues in the state of Maharashtra.

The Delhi Capitals and the Bangalore Royal Challengers played a multi-match series on the 16th. Delhi won the toss and elected to field.

Following this, the duo of Bangalore openers Du Plessis and Anuj Rawat came on the field. Rawat was ducked out, Captain Du Plessis disheartened the fans by getting out with 8 runs. After that Virat Kohli returned to the pavilion with 12 runs. Action player Maxwell and Shahbaz Ahmed put on a bit of an attack to lift the score.

Dinesh Karthik, who came to the field in the final, showed his action. He scored 66 off 34 balls. This includes 5 fours and 5 sixes. Bangalore scored 189 in 20 overs.

Chasing

Following this, the Delhi Capitals stumbled from the start following the second innings. All but Warner (66) of the team lost their wickets in succession. Due to this, Delhi lost 7 wickets at the end of 20 overs and scored only 173 runs and thereby, Bangalore won the match by 16 runs.
