A video of head coach Ricky Ponting giving advice to Delhi Capital team players has hit the internet.

The 15th season of the IPL series is just a few days away. So all the team players are undergoing intensive training. The Delhi team has posted a video on their Twitter page advising Ricky Ponting, the head coach of the Delhi Capitals team on the situation.

In it, he says, "I see so many new faces here. Understand that you are in the Delhi team just because you are the best players. First we forget that this is a team and we are going to be together as a family for the next 2 months. Talk to each other and get to know each other better."

"The door to anyone's room in the hotel should not be closed, it should be open. Only then will other players be able to come to your room and talk. Forget that I am a coach and think of myself as your friend. If you have any doubts about cricket come and talk to me. That's my job. Here I will see everyone as the captain of the Delhi team, the international players, the players carrying the water bottle. So should you. Help juniors when seniors finish your training."

"Give 100 percent in training. If you do one thing with 100 percent effort you will definitely get success. I do not like talented players wasting their time and talent.
