CSK CEO has his say on Deepak Chahar replacement for IPL 2022!

CSK team CEO Kasi Viswanathan has given important information about the selection of a replacement for Deepak Sahar.

The current IPL season is a series that has been bad for the Chennai Super Kings. The team is in 9th position in the points table with 5 defeats in 6 matches played so far. Many critics have blamed bowling, fielding and batting for Chennai's series defeat.

There is no perfect bowling combination to take wickets, especially in power play and death overs. Deepak Chahar, who had earlier excelled in this role, did not play in the IPL due to injury. He is expected to return to the team by the end of this month. But he had a 2nd back injury. Following this, it was announced that he would be taking complete rest for the next 4 months.

So the CSK management was forced to look for a replacement for him. Accordingly, the Indian team is said to be picking up fast bowler Ishant Sharma. The Test bowlers are doing well at the Mumbai grounds. Netizens said CSK would try to get him to do so.
