It's been more than a year since Yuvraj Singh made his appearance on the field. He last played against the West Indies in June 2017, as part of the ODI series. Yuvraj has had a tough time trying to make it back to the team.

Unable to find his spot in the squad, Yuvraj has often been trolled and criticised, primarily for his age. The 36-year-old all-rounder has been told by critics and trolls that he's too old for the game. He has been told that he's too old for power lifting, and that he should just stick to regular exercises.

Yuvraj, who has recovered from cancer, has put out a response to his critics. In a video posted on Instagram, Yuvraj can be seen doing some power training. He claimed how he was told that he's too "old" for power training.

So always remember it's never too late to learn something new and achieve it," read his post.

With this classy response, Yuvraj has shut the mouths of critics and trolls who question his age.
