Virat Kohli reveals why he is not shaving off his beard

Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli, at a promotional event in Bengaluru on Thursday, revealed why he is not shaving his beard. He reportedly said, “I really like it. I think it suits me. So I don't want to get rid of it.” Stating that the availability of specialised oils makes it easy to look after the beard, Kohli said, “When it gets too big and thick then obviously I have to trim it. That is the only thing. But no, I would not get rid of it.”

Earlier, Kohli’s Indian teammates such as Rohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja were sporting beards. However before shaving off recently. Jadeja threw the #breakingthebeard challenge on Kohli on Instagram. However, the expert batsman refused to shave off his beard saying, “Sorry boys, but I am not ready to break the beard yet. Great job on makeovers though. Kudos.” Wife Anushka Sharma replied to Kohli, “You cannot!”
