Ben Stokes became a name that is fluent in every mouth after World Cup 2019. He did to England in the test against Australia what he did in the World Cup against New Zealand again.

He scored a unbeaten 135 for England. They were 203 runs behind the target when Joe Root and Stokes started to play. Soon, Root was out and no partnership stood firm against the Australian bowlers. Australia missed an easy chance to runout when England was 2 runs away from winning with England in 357 for 9. Ben Stokes also had his lucky day when Lyon got him in the front for LBW but unfortunately had no reviews left to claim. 

However, Stokes never gave up and played till he won the match for the country. He utilized every luck and ball that came by his side and drove the team to victory. "Ben Stokes is a freak, he's incredible. The message at the start was to just keep believing. If we had two people out there still breathing then we have a chance," said England Captain Joe Root.
