Home > News Shots > Sports newsDuring the recent ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 match, United States of America (USA) cricket team faced the most embarrassing moment of their life by registering the joint-lowest total in ODI history.
They scored 35 runs after struggling to fight with Nepal spinners which was played at the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground.
Highlighting about the match, Nepal easily scored the total in just 5.2 overs to end 8-wicket defeat over the USA. After this match, Nepal's win was also the third-largest win in a 50-over ODI when talking in terms of balls remaining.
The stunner of the game was Delhi Capitals' star spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, who registered his name in career-best bowling figures in ODIs. He finished the match with figures of 6/16 in his 6-over spell.
Other than Lamichhane, left-arm spinner Sushan Bhari also joined the list of big names as he took 4 wickets in his 3-over spell.
