The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Friday, took to Twitter to share a video of the conversation wherein team India opener Shikar Dhawan and head coach Ravi Shastri revealed the playlist of captain Virat Kohli. It was shot during an event held in Delhi on Thursday when Feroz Shah Kotla stadium was renamed after former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and a pavilion stand was named after Virat Kohli.Ch

The video captioned, "#TeamIndia's @RaviShastriOfc & @SDhawan25 spill the beans on @imVkohli's music playlist," shows Dhawan saying, "Virat loves to listen to Punjabi songs, he likes Gurdas Mann's songs and Arijit Singh as well along with old Punjabi songs."

After unveiling the stand, Kohli thanked his family, team members and childhood coach. He recalled how he had gone to watch a match in 2001 in the same stadium. "It was in 2001 during a match against Zimbabwe, my childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma gave me two tickets. I remember clinging to the gallery grill asking for Javagal Srinath's autograph. So today to have a pavilion in my name at the same stadium is surreal and a great honour,” Kohli was quoted as saying by NDTV.

A short video and an animation film on Kohli’s cricketing journey was also played during the event.
