ICC’s “Special” VIDEO has Rohit Sharma at NO:1

ICC has been releasing its dedicated pick of the tournament after the World Cup. Recently, we saw ICC’s Team of the Tournament that had Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah.
In the latest video featuring the leading run-scorers of ICC World Cup 2019, the Indian opener Rohit Sharma has grabbed the No:1 spot. The ‘Hitman’ scored a total of 648 runs of the nine innings he played in the mega tournament. With 5 centuries in his kitty, Rohit created a World record in the history of ICC’s grand tournament. Rohit maintained a phenomenal average of 81 in the series.
“These five batsmen were pretty special at #CWC19,” tweeted ICC for the video which also contains Australia’s David Warner, Shakib Al Hassan from Bangladesh, New Zealand skipper Kane Willamson and Joe Root from England.
After the ball-tampering controversy, David Warner made a great comeback in the World Cup scoring 647 runs in 10 innings at an average of 71.89. Shakib Al Hassan scored 606 runs while Kane Williamson and Joe root scored 578 and 556 respectively in the historical tournament won by England.
