Hardik Pandya’s Lady Love Natasa Stankovic Reacts To His Take on Black Lives Matter; Post Goes Viral! 

During the match between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) there was one such act by all-rounder Hardik Pandya, which has taken the internet by storm. 

Amid the match, when Hardik scored a scintillating 21-ball 60 runs, he went down on a knee with his right arm raised after reaching his half-century off the penultimate ball of the innings as part of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement. 

While doing so, he signalled towards the Mumbai dugout to which acting captain Kieron Pollard responded with a raised right fist. This act of his went instantly viral on social media and fans are in love with him for doing so.

Post the match, Pandya took to his social media account and tweeted a picture of his gesture with the caption saying, “BlackLivesMatter”. He has become the first player in the IPL to take a knee as part of the BLM.

Soon after his reaction went viral, Hardik’s wife Natasa Stankovic was proud of her husband’s gesture and expressed happiness on her official Instagram account. 

Talking about the match, Hardik came back to form as he smashed seven sixes and two fours on his way to 60 off 21 balls and took Mumbai Indians to 195/5 against Rajasthan Royals.

Sadly, Pandya’s effort went in vain after Ben Stokes and Sanju Samson, pulled off a difficult chase and took the match to a winning start. 

Earlier, cricket joined hands with the BLM movement when both England and the West Indies teams took a knee. Many players even started sharing their views about racism after George Floyd’s death in the USA which went viral and made headlines.
