Famous Cricketer Falls Off Bike While Celebrating ODI Series Win: Watch Scary Video

After performing badly at the recently held World Cup 2019, Sri Lanka made a strong comeback and defeated Bangladesh by 3-0 in ODI series at home ground.

During the celebrations, the host country had an embarrassing moment at R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. As batsman Kusal Mendis suffered an accident, when he skidded off a bike during the team’s post-match celebrations at the Stadium.

According to India Today reports, Kusal Mendis was seen riding a bike that was presented to the winning team. As Mendis was trying to take a turn, he lost balance and skidded off the bike along with his teammate.

It was guards at the Stadium, who rushed towards Kusal Mendis as the duo struggled to recover from the fall, India Today further reported.

Kusal Mendis scored half-century in the final ODI of the three-match series against Bangladesh. Also, after winning the first two matches by 91 runs and 7 wickets, Sri Lanka defeated Bangladesh by 122 runs.

Meanwhile, batsman Angelo Mathews was selected as the man of the match and player of the series in the third ODI for scoring 87 runs.
