Home > News Shots > Sports newsVirat Kohli's RCB won their final match this season in style at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday. In the process, RCB dimnished the hopes of SRH of reaching the playoffs. Now they have to rely on MI beating KKR on Sunday to qualify to playoffs. Otherwise KKR will secure the spot for themselves, so today's match has become a much awaited one.
Virat Kohli failed to score more, credits to Khaleel as he sent him packing in the second over. But what caught the eye was not the fact that he took a big wicket but the way he celebrated it. Of course taking a big wicket calls for celebration. He even made a hand gesture. To those who have seen the TV series Friends, it is a very familiar sign. Here is a clip of his celebration.
That didn’t end there. After the match, Virat Kohli, standing along side Khaleel Ahmed, mocked his wicket celebration by reenacting the hand gesture. Both players broke into laughter after Kohli's impersonation.
It is really heartwarming to see someone like Kohli who is known for his aggressive attitude in the field against his opponents keeping his national team player comfortable off the field. The healthiest gesture from Kohli grabbed the attention of the Netizens.
