After NZ Becomes COVID-19 FREE, Jimmy Neesham Shares 3 Attributes Leading To Success
Home > News Shots > Sports newsHours after New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, claimed that there have been no active cases of COVID-19 in the country, all-rounder Jimmy Neesham took to social media and congratulated the countrymen for eradicating coronavirus.
He further attributed their success to three things - planning, determination and teamwork. "Coronavirus free NZ! Congratulations everyone Once again those great kiwi attributes: planning, determination and teamwork do the job," Neesham tweeted.
As per Al Jazeera report, New Zealand's health ministry said that it no longer has any active cases of the novel coronavirus. Also the last case of the disease was reported on May 22.
After the news went viral, there has been a great deal of happiness for the Kiwis and getting back to normal life.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern announced that New Zealand will lift its last remaining restrictions at midnight (12:00 GMT) and the country will return to Level 1. "Where life feels as normal as it can in the midst of a global pandemic. Today, I can announce that the cabinet has agreed we can now move to Level 1," PM Ardern.
