VIDEO : Jasprit Bumrah Hits Cameron Green on The Head During Match; Mohammed Siraj Runs to Help
Home > News Shots > Sports newsTeam India is currently playing the three-day day-night warm-up game against Australia A at the Sydney Cricket Ground, where Jasprit Bumrah knocked down Cameron Green with a scorching drive during the match.
After the hit on the head, Cameron Green was ruled out of the remaining tour match against India A.
Talking about the incident, when Bumrah and Mohammed Siraj were batting, Cameron Green was delivering his 7th over of the innings was surprised with the ball coming back at him at a searing pace.
Green made an effort to catch it, it ended up hitting him on his head. Fans were shocked to see him down on the ground after the blow.
The injury woes are continuing for Australia ahead of the first Test against India which kicks off from December 17th in Adelaide. First it was Australian opener David Warner, who suffered a groin injury in the 2nd ODI against India, and then Will Pucovski, who was struck on the helmet by pacer Kartik Tyago and now its Green.
