IPL2020: MS Dhoni and CSK's Plans to Start for UAE, the Venue of IPL2020! - Dates and other Details
Home > News Shots > Sports news Chennai Super Kings, the three-times Champions are expected to arrive at the UAE earlier than the other IPL teams this year. After the IPL Chairman announced that the IPL is officially happening between September 19 and November 8, the teams are all set to travel.
While all the other teams are planning on arriving at UAE in the third week of August, Chennai Super Kings, headed by Mahendra Singh Dhoni are reaching a week prior. This is to make sure that the Super Kings get back on their groove after a lengthy break caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
The team’s success is often accredited to its senior, experienced players including Dhoni, Raina, Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, Chahar, and so on. Currently, all the players are practicing the game at secluded places, individually. Raina for instance had posted his fielding sessions on Twitter.
The team lost their title last year to Mumbai Indians. Further, MSD’s future in this sport has been in question since the last year.
With 51 days of matches scheduled for IPL 2020, the cricket fans are in for a treat with several practice sessions as well.
