RCB Fan's Emotional Question to Virat Kohli About Season 13 of the IPL!
Home > News Shots > Sports newsEven after 12 seasons, Virat Kohli-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) is yet to register their first title victory in the cash-rich Indian Premier League (IPL).
Being the number one player in the ICC Test and ODI rankings for batsmen and the first Indian to score 40 centuries as captain, Kohli has in fact conquered the world of Cricket. If there’s one tournament that awaits his conquest, that’s the IPL.
One of the big questions fans and critics ask before the start of every season is ‘Will RCB break their title jinx?’
With that said, an RCB fan was seen holding a banner during the 1st T20I between India and New Zealand that read "13 kya hoga Kohli-ya?" (Translation: Will season 13 be Virat’s season?)
During the auctions back in December, RCB released 11 players including star players such as Shimron Hetmyer, Marcus Stoinis, Colin de Grandhomme, Tim Southee and Nathan Coulter-Nile. The franchise on the other hand made two big buys – Australian limited-overs captain Aaron Finch and Chris Morris.
So, will RCB clinch their first title victory? Let’s hope the best for Kohi!
