Watch Video: Hardik Pandya Slams Jasprit Bumrah After ‘Poor’ Fielding; See How Twitter Reacts!
Home > News Shots > Sports newsDuring their second match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Mumbai Indians (MI) dominated the match completely while scoring a mammoth total of 195 runs.
The urge to fight and win the match was so much in them that even a single four resulted in Hardik Pandya lashing out at Jasprit Bumrah after the latter failed to save a boundary.
An incident took place in the 12th over, when Kieron Pollard delivered a slow ball to KKR middle-order batsman Eoin Morgan and the English skipper played the shot in the backward point direction.
Bumrah, who was standing near, tried to stop the ball by extending his hands but he did not succeed. The ball then went towards the third-man region and Pandya did his best to stop it from touching the ropes but in vain.
Soon after that Pandya lost his cool at Bumrah and asked him to give his best. Pandya's reaction sparked a lot of reactions on social media.
Talking about the match, Mumbai Indians won an emphatic 49-run victory over KKR at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. They will now take on Royal Challengers Bangalore in their next match which is on September 28.
