Former Aus Player Rates IPL and PSL on a Scale of 1 to 10!
Home > News Shots > Sports newsDuring one of the question and asnwer sessions on Twitter, a fan asked former Australia spinner Brad Hogg to rate the Indian Premier League (IPL) and the Pakistan Super League (PSL) on a scale of one to ten.
Hogg who has been associated with the IPL for a long time now and who has also seen the advent and growth of the PSL said, "“Both 9 out of 10. The PSL has been the most prevalent of late because it has bought the game back to Pakistan. The IPL has the most interest in viewership worldwide."
The Coronavirus pandemic has impacted various sporting events across the world including the truncating of the PSL and postponement of the IPL.
With that said, former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar on his YouTube channel said, “The biggest reason for anger is PSL… Cricket returned to Pakistan after so many years, the PSL was happening in our country for the first time now even that is at risk. The foreign players are leaving, it will take place behind closed doors,” said Akhtar on his Youtube channel."
