Chennai Super Kings Fan Gets His Wedding Invitation Designed As A Match Ticket

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have a crazy fan following who are extremely loyal to the brand. But a superfan by the name of K Vinod decided to show his love for the team in a unique way. Vinod expressed his love for CSK by getting his wedding invitation printed as a match ticket of a CSK home game.

"Being a super fan of CSK and skipper MS Dhoni, I wanted to come up with something unique as my wedding invite. I spoke to a friend who is a graphic designer by profession as well as big CSK fan, and we zeroed in on this," said 29-year-old Vinod, who got married today.

The kind gesture was appreciated by the franchise who decided to post about this on their website and twitter page. Take a look

Vinod is also known for creating videos of CSK, which have gone viral on the internet. In 2015, he was also presented with a bat signed by skipper MS Dhoni.

The 'yellow brigade' is known to respect its loyal fan following. The brand even arranged a special train for fans when the team's home games were shifted to Pune. Returning after a 2-year ban, CSK went on to clinch the 2018 IPL trophy.
