Bits and Pieces: CSK's Recent Tweet on Ravindra Jadeja and Sanjay Manjrekar Goes Viral!
Home > News Shots > Sports newsChennai Super Kings (CSK) is known for their calm head and ready wit. From giving loving replies to fans' posts to taking a dig at trolls, we have seen it all.
Recently, CSK took to Twitter to share Aussie all-rounder Ashton Agar's words on Ravindra Jadeja. Agar told that Jadeja is his favourite in the world and that he was inspired by talking to him.
"I had a wonderful chat with Ravindra Jadeja after the Indian series. He's my favourite player in the world. I want to play cricket like he does. He's an absolute rock star. He, like, smacks 'em, he's a gun fielder and he spins the ball," Agar was quoted as saying by CSK's official Twitter handle.
"But it's just is presence when he's out there. Watching him fielding with confidence and just talking to him about spin bowling - keep trying to spin the ball. When you're batting, he has a really positive attitude and he takes that attitude into the field as well," it added.
Responding to CSK's post, a user named Kishore Kumar asked if they have forgotten to tag Sanjay Manjrekar. The franchise replied to the comment by saying, "The above tweet is in bits and pieces."
Earlier, Manjrekar had snowballed into a controversy after calling Jadeja a bits and pieces cricketer.
