IPL finals took place in Hyderabad on Sunday between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians. Mumbai Indians won the match by 1 run and made a record victory by lifting the trophy for the fourth time.

Many fans who were routing for Dhoni's last minute magic and CSK's nail-biting victory were left disappointed. Social media was flooded with messages on the match.

One such devastated fan, who goes by the Twitter id, CricketTrolls, asked actor Siddharth for some advice. He tweeted the actor, "Bro @Actor_Siddharth can't take this loss. Any advice?"

The actor, who is well-known for his tongue-in-cheek and clever replies, replied to the fan, saying, "Get your #India jersey ready. There's a big one coming up. #cwc2019."

Fortunately, he managed to convince the fan with the one liner and the fan replied saying "Yesssss!!! Will sleep on today's loss but when #CWC2019 comes we will be in full force supporting #TeamIndia."
