Cricket WC 2019: Ben Stokes Responds to Pakistan Cricketer's 'Click Bait' Claim!

England all-rounder Ben Stokes's took to social media and clarified over the comments in his book about India's batting approach during the 2019 World Cup match. His comment in the book has created an online storm among fans and cricketers.

Recently, former Pakistan bowler Sikander Bakht claimed that Stokes has written in his book that India lost to England deliberately to remove Pakistan from the World Cup. He also shared an old video of him pointing out the same on Twitter.

After his tweet went viral, Stokes categorically denied these allegations saying, "You won't find it cause I have never said it... it's called "twisting of words" or "clickbait"."  

Highlighting about the epic match, India lost to England against a massive target of 338 and fell short of 31 runs. It was the only game that India lost in the premier tournament in 2019 before the semifinal match against New Zealand.
