Azam Khan held his bat upside down while trying to get past the crease at the non-striker's end. The video of Azam Khan's attempt surfaced on social media which received racy appreciation from fans.
Azam Khan is playing for Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). This particular incident happened against Karachi Kings on Sunday. Quetta Gladiators chased down the target of 169 posted by Karachi Kings and registered a comfortable win with 9 balls to spare. Azam Khan smashed 46 runs off 30 balls.
Reports say that though Azam Khan has faced criticisms for being the son of celebrity cricketer and unruly comments over his weight, he has gagged them with his fine performance in the PSL.
