Ashwin Shares Photo on Social Media With Caption That Broke Internet; Check Post Here! 

During the match between Delhi Capitals (DC) and Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) on Tuesday a moment went viral where off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin was caught tying Chris Gayle's shoelaces.

Currently, Gayle's arrival in KXIP has added firepower and reliability to the team's batting unit.

After helping the team with important knocks in the victory over Mumbai Indians (MI), Gayle has taken the team to the 5th position on the points table.

During the recent match against the Capitals, Gayle was dismissed for 29 runs by Ashwin but the two did share a great 'sportsmanship' moment on the field which became a big talking point on social media.

Moments before, the Universe Boss could be the victim of Ashwin, he did reach out to the spinner for help in tying his shoelaces. The photo went viral on social media as people hailed the camaraderie between the two star cricketers.

Days after the match, Ashwin even shared the picture with a hilarious caption. “The devil is always in the detail. “Tie both his feet together, before bowling to him”. Tough day for us @DelhiCapitals  but, we will bounce back stronger,” he tweeted. 

Talking about the game, DC could only manage to score 164 runs on the board even after Shikhar Dhawan made his second consecutive IPL hundred. While, KXIP rode on Pooran's 28-ball 53 to bag their third consecutive victory of the season. 

Even after losing the match against KXIP, Delhi remains among the top to qualify for the playoffs. They are still placed at the No. 1 spot in the league standings with 7 wins in 10 games.
