Wow! 12-yr-old girl who never went to school set to appear for class 10 exams
Home > Inspiring newsWithout receiving any formal education, a 12-year-old from West Bengal is all set to appear for the upcoming class 10 examinations.
Young Saifa Khatun despite not going to a school before, knows how to read English and Bengali fluently. Saifa, the daughter of a local doctor, Sheikh Mohammad Ainul, reportedly never went to school as she was way ahead of her classmates. However, she could not get admission to her desired grade as she was always way too young.
According to reports, Saifa will be made to appear for the 2019 Board examinations. The announcement was made on Friday by the Chairman of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education Kalyanmoy Gangopadhyay. Saifa will appear for the exams as an external student of AAS High School in Howrah's Salkiya despite never attending a school.
