VIDEO: "We have too many directors in India," MS Dhoni Opens up
Home > News Shots > Inspiring newsIn a recent interview with Star Sports, Mahendra Singh Dhoni opened up about honesty, self-discipline and the ways to bring good changes in our country on his own philosophical style. The following is the conversation between the host and the MSD. The show has been exclusively dedicated to celebrating 15 Years of Dhoni.
HOST: You are looked up as a youth icon. If you were to reimagine this incredible country of ours. If there is one thing you'd like to add or one you'd like to subtract, What is your reimagined India?
MSD: That's a tough one you know because we are different on our ways depending on we come from. If I have to really simplify everything. Let us try and be honest to ourselves. That would be a great start and Let's only give advice once we start doing the same thing in our life.
We have too many directors in India, we need some very good actors where you need to act and you need to start doing the right thing. We always want others to do it but when it comes to ourselves we shy away from it. If I have to simply say what needs to be done, we have to be honest to ourselves and we need to act. Let us try to bring in the good changes not with our opinions but more with our actions.
