'Grandchild within a year or Rs 5 crore' - Why this couple is suing their son!

In general, we have heard of property problems between parents and children within a family.

But one case in point is the parents' case, which is a little different than all of these.

Sanjeev Ranjan Prasad hails from Haridwar in Uttarakhand. He used to work as an officer in BHEL and has already retired. His wife's name is Sadhana Prasad. After his retirement, Sanjeev Prasad lives alone with his wife Sadhana.

It is in such a situation that he is suing his only son and daughter-in-law, much to the surprise of many. Sanjeev - Sadhana's only son Shrey Sagar was married in 2016 to Subangi Sinha.

While Shrey Sagar is working as a pilot. His wife, Subangi, works in Noida. It has been six years and both have no children. On the other hand, economically, Sanjeev and Sadhana have been affected. It is in this context that Sanjeev is pursuing a case.

5 crore compensation is required ..

Speaking about this he said, "I spent all my money on helping my son. I also helped train him in the US. Now I have no money. We borrowed from the bank and built the house. We are in a lot of trouble financially and personally. From our son and daughter-in-law. We have asked for compensation of Rs 2.5 crore each. "

Similarly, in his petition, he said, "My son has been married for 6 years and has not had a child. As a result, my wife and I are very distressed. We have to have a grandchild within the next one year. If not, we have to be paid compensation of Rs 5 crore."
