Pilot welcomes wife on-board with a surprise in-flight announcement

The incident where the husband was the pilot on the plane on which the wife was traveling has caused resilience.

The pilot's wife, who works on the Indigo flight, traveled on the same plane as her husband, who works as a pilot. The pilot's video of him greeting his wife differently then caught everyone's attention.

Capt. Alneez Virani, an Indigo pilot, greeted his wife using the plane's public notice system. His wife Zahra recorded this on her cell phone and shared it on Instagram. In it, Zahra eloquently posted, ‘I don’t know what I did in my life to become worthy of this man.’

In the video, wife Zahra shakes hands with Captain Virani while boarding the plane. Virani looked at it and pointed through the window of the cockpit. Zahra then took his seat on the plane.

Then her husband suddenly started talking to the passengers through the microphone. In it, "Somedays you get a special flight, and today is one such flight… and I have a special passenger with us on this flight… I have the privilege of flying my wife to Mumbai. It’s just a small thing for everybody, but (it) means a lot to me. I just wish to share the happiness with all of you on board."
