Couple dies two days after moving to their new home - here's what happened?

The couple was killed in a fire accident two days after moving to their new home.

Raveendran (age 50) hails from Puttadi in Idukki district of Kerala. His wife Usha (age 45). They have made a planetary entry into their newly built home in the area 2 days ago. Following this, the family moved into the house.

In this situation, the couple's daughter Sreedhanya ran out with burns this morning. Neighbours who heard her screams rescued her and admitted her to the hospital. Meanwhile, the fire department had been informed. Firefighters rushed to the scene, extinguished the blaze and tried to rescue Raveendran and Usha. But firefighters said they were trapped in the fire and died tragically.

Police have registered a case and are investigating. During the initial investigation, the police said that the fire may have been due to a short circuit in the house. Her daughter Sreedhanya is currently receiving treatment at the Kottayam Medical College Hospital with severe burns. The couple died in a fire accident just two days after moving into their new home.
