800 employees resign on being asked to get back to office - Popular company faces setback!
Home > News Shots > India newsBy the year 2020, as the corona epidemic spread rapidly around the world, people were all paralyzed at home.
On the one hand, millions of people are affected by the corona infection, and on the other hand, the habit of running everything from work to study at home has developed in many countries.
With the advent of these activities on the Internet, even after the corona infection has subsided in many places, commuters continue to work from home, according to the Work From Home practice.
As the WFH system benefits the company and its employees in many ways, many companies continue to implement it. As many as 800 employees have resigned from their jobs in the past two months.
Last March, the company reportedly sent an e-mail asking all its employees to end their work from home and return to work within the next month.
It is also reported that about 800 employees have put up paper in the last two months due to having to return to office again. The decision was reportedly made by full-time employees from teams, including sales and coding, who did not want to return to work.
Information about what the employees of the company said about the reason for this has now been released. After working from home for about two years and now returning to the office, many things like house rent and food costs will increase.
Similarly, some employees have noted that working from home can increase productivity while traveling to the office. Employees have reportedly resigned from their jobs for a number of reasons.
The financial crisis caused by the Corona epidemic and the dismissal of thousands of employees by several leading companies in the name of telling employees to come back to office, the information that has come before the resignation of the employees put the paper, has caused a great deal of controversy.
