Bizarre! Man Puts Out Matrimonial Ad Wanting 'Bride Not Addicted To Social Media’; Twitter Shares Best Advise

A bizarre matrimonial ad is currently making headlines; it was published on behalf of a man from West Bengal’s Kamarpukur village. The uniqueness about the ad is that the man is looking for a bride who is “not addicted to social media”.

This want of his would be slightly difficult in present times as being on social media is so much in demand these days. Don't you think so? 

According to the News18 report, a Twitter user identified as Nitin Sangwan, IAS, shared a newspaper snippet of the ad and captioned it saying, “Prospective brides/grooms, please pay attention. Match making criteria are changing.”

Getting into details about the ad; the requirements of the groom are as follows, “Chatterjee 37/5’7” yoga practitioner, handsome, fair, non-addicted, advocate in high court and researcher. Lawyer family having house car, parents are present. Village house in Kamarpukur, with no demand, groom seeks fair, beautiful, tall, slim bride. Bride must not be addicted to social media.”

After being shared on Twitter, Nitin Sangwan’s post has gone viral with almost 1,000 likes and several retweets. As people had a good laugh reading the post many declared it impossible for the man to find a bride for himself with such characteristics.
