A theft was reported at a property owned by former Indian cricket team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Noida's sector 104. Going by reports, an LCD TV was stolen  from the single floor premises rented out by MS Dhoni to Vikram Singh. A case was registered on Tuesday.

According to Mirror Now reports, Singh is currently renovating the home and told media outlets that there were three LCD televisions inside the home until Sunday when the caretaker noticed that one set was missing and reported the matter to Singh.

The policeman said that the case has nothing to do with MS Dhoni since the house was given on rent to Singh who approached police with a complaint of theft on Monday but gave a written complaint in this regard only on Tuesday evening.

An officer familiar with the matter also told the national daily that Singh has claimed that a helper has been missing since the day the TV was stolen. A search has been launched to locate the helper who will soon be arrested, added the officer.
