Police Interrogate Rhea Chakraborty for 9 hours in Sushant Singh's Death by Suicide Case - Actress reveals Unknown Details

Mumbai Police have intensified investigation in the death case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. On Thursday, police interrogated actress Rhea Chakraborty, the late actor’s rumoured girlfriend for nine hours straight. 

According to Times of India’s report, during the interrogation, the actress confirmed that she had been living with Rajput and they were looking to invest in a property together. She also confirmed that both of them were planning to get married in November. 

The report states that the actress was thoroughly scanned by the police who went through pictures, videos and texts exchanged between the couple. When the police questioned her about the alleged break- up, the actress mentioned that the couple got into a fight and she left the Carter Road penthouse that was shared by the couple. 

She also confessed that the couple however kept in touch with each other on the phone as well as texts even after the fight. Economic Times in its report, cited sources who also added that she was the last person the actor made a call to, before going to sleep every day. 

The police have recorded the statements of 13 people in connection to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. 

The actor, who is known for his exemplary work in ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ and ‘Kai Po Che’ among other films, was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14.
