Spain woman meets Indian Biological Mother after 22 Years

A 23-year-old woman from Spain, Zeenat alias Mireia, returned to her hometown Pune, almost 22 years after she was adopted by a Spanish couple, to meet with her biological Indian mother, which turned out to be an emotional meet.

Her mother said that she became pregnant after sexually abused by a relative and was deserted by her family. She added that she gave up the baby so that her daughter could lead a comfortable life and even apologised to Zeenat for not being able to take care of her.

The biological mother gifted Zeenat a pair of earrings while Zeenat on her part added that she will pick up Hindi soon.
