Home > News Shots > India newsWhile the nation is under lockdown due to the spread of COVID-19, people are forced to isolate themselves by staying indoors. The government has taken action to prevent people from wandering outside. Further, there have been restrictions on non-essential services. However, this hasn’t stopped the people of Gujarat from exploring new ways to disregard the law.
Addicts from across the country have left no stones unturned since instances such as people breaking into shops to procure alcohol, purchasing alcohol at high rates, and so on are being reported. Similarly, in Gujarat’s Morbi area, a drone was used to deliver Pan Masala. A video of a drone carrying packets of Pan Masala to be delivered at the terraces of homes is going viral on social media platforms. Originally it was shared on the Tik Tok application.
Police officers have detained two people connected to this case and have imitated a probe against the two, under the “Epidemic Act”.
