Home > News Shots > India newsReunion is always fun, heartwarming, enchanting and on top of all, 'Nostalgic' to the core. Who would not like to rewind back to sweet school memories and the little adventures that build relationships including friendship and love? Time might fly in the air like it is invisible but it can never bend strong emotions, especially not with a time constraint.
One of the twitter users shared a School Re-Union video that was shot in Mangalore which went viral. The video has old school buddies who are at least 70 years now having a gala time together.
The bunch of ladies are seen dancing to old Bollywood songs including Shammi Kapoor’s song Dil De Ke Dekho. “This video is of a recent School Re-Union in Mangalore. Their minimum age was 70years! School days were the days of innocence and often school buddies connect with that innocence. The challenge is to stay connected to the child within us," (sic) wrote Manoj Kumar who shared the video on his Twitter page.
Apparently, the video has received a warm reception from the twitter users who took it to revive their respective school memories and some even appreciated the energy of ladies dancing in the video irrespective of their age.
In fact, movies based on nostalgic memories have also gone well with the audience. The recent Tamil movie '96' starring Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha is also based on a school re-union interwoven with the emotions of school love.
