Shocking - Father takes daughter outside, rapes her

In a shocking incident, a man was arrested for raping his 13-year-old daughter in Noida. The man was arrested following a complaint filed by his wife. 

Reportedly, the accused and his wife had a troubled marriage and constantly fought with each other. On Saturday night, the accused took his daughter outside their house while his wife was asleep. He took her to an isolated spot and raped her. 

The man has been charged under IPC section 376 for rape and under the provisions of POCSO. The victim was sent for medical examination.
