MBA Graduate Stages 'Robbery' Drama, steals 8.5 Lakhs to help Girlfriend!
Home > News Shots > India newsAn MBA graduate on Wednesday was arrested after he had stolen 8.51 lakh from his employer, in Hyderabad.
The 28-year-old man was working in a paper mill as an accountant and collection boy. On May 25, he had received the company’s money from various clients. The total amount summed up to Rs. 8, 51,950. After receiving the amount, he complained to the police saying that he was robbed by some people.
However, the police investigated the case and found out that he was not robbed and that he had stolen the money. After conducting a strict interrogation, the accused accepted to have committed the crime. However, he also made a statement saying that he had committed the crime since he needed money for his girlfriend’s treatment.
According to the police, the man’s girlfriend is suffering from serious health ailments.
