Man Spits on Manipuri Woman, Calls her 'Corona'!
Home > News Shots > India newsDelhi Police on Monday registered a case against a man who allegedly spat on a Manipuri woman and called her "Corona".
The incident took place in Vijay Nagar area of North Delhi on Sunday night.
Twitter user Akhu Chingangbam took to the micro-blogging site to narrate the incident where a middle-aged man allegedly spat on the woman and fled from the spot.
The case has been registered under section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for insulting the modesty of a woman. Investigation is underway.
